There is a 30 Day Minimum. If you find your dates booked or have another request, please contact me. There are two other rooms available. The room and bath are in a spacious home in an upscale neighborhood on a hill surrounded by trees, deer, bunnies, quail, hawks. Charm, elegance and soft comforters await your arrival. A small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Relax on patio with spectacular views and enjoying the hawks soaring above. Nearby hiking trails, galleries, and fine dining. 2 miles to quaint Carmel, Big Sur marathon, Pebble Beach, Jazz festival, Monterey aquarium. Commercial grade Wi-Fi. Your private suite includes a private bathroom and a small kitchen area. There are windows on three sides of the room and a long window seat for enjoying the views of the hills and trees. Laundry facility is in the shopping center 1 mile away. Restaurants are within walking distance. The two other listings are #7931943 and #7937210.
I love to welcome guests and see them enjoying this beautiful Monterey Peninsula. I am retired and have lived in this home for many years.
Homes on this hill have 1 acre minimum. Mine is 1 1/2 acres on a quiet corner surrounded by trees and looking out at Mountain’s and Carmel Valley.
