After you make your way through Detroit's finest food and entertainment come back to this perfect nook in the city to match whatever your vibe is with the beautiful accent lighting. As you wake up to a new morning take a step out to enjoy a coffee or a cup of Earl Gray on the patio. A skip away from two cities, a 25-minute walk from Midtown and 8 min drive from Downtown. Located in the calm and renowned Boston Edison historical district where some of Motown's finest resided. One of the biggest wants of this space is that it is one of the only apartments in Detroit to have its own private 12x12 ft patio (smoking is allowed on the patio btw).

It is a beautiful space and area that is down the street from some great cafes and restaurants, and grocery stores, exp: The Congregation, Cafe noir, Aldi, The Detroit food Co’op, Supinos, Joe Luis southern kitchen, etc. It is no more than 5 minutes or less from all of the places and more!
