It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 1 queen bed, comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget. No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello. If this is needed I will message my guest in advance. I am available as needed.

From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM THE NEIGHBORHOOD Downtown business/residential area which borders surrounding small towns of Waverly and Athens Tioga Downs is a short 15 min drive down River Rd right across the bridge. There are many pubs, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. My favorites include: The Angry Burrito, Yanuzzi’s, The Grille at the Station and the Blackburn 1897. The Guthrie/Robert Packer Hospital is a short 2 block walk away.
