The best of both worlds! Centrally located in mid-town CDA, this quiet house is a perfect home base for your lake city vacation. You're walking distance from the best local shops and restaurants in the area, and only a couple minutes drive from all the fun of downtown and the lake, without dealing with the noise, traffic, and price of staying there! There is no better feeling than a full day of exploring only to return to a quiet slice of paradise in a neighborhood. We'd love to have you!
