Perched between Salt Lake and Copano Bay, this brand-new 2BR/1.5BA home in Copano Ridge sits on a canal with bay access. This house also features a huge covered deck with water views. Gleaming wood floors complement custom concrete countertops in the kitchen -- whip up tasty appetizers, then enjoy drinks in the bay breeze. Rockport Beach is a short drive from your door.
LIVING AREA
Find a plush queen-size sleeper sofa and comfy floral couch in the living room, plus two love seats (each with a twin bed) and a cozy armchair. The 50” flat-screen TV offers relaxed nights in with a new film.
KITCHEN & DINING
Custom concrete countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances round out the chef’s kitchen. Plenty of cookware and helpful gadgets make meal preparation simple.
When it’s time to eat, eight can share meals at the expansive kitchen island.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa and two twin-size sleeper love seats in the living room.
Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, detailed with a queen-size bed and a Roku TV. A pair of twin-size beds await in the guest room. The guest bathroom is appointed with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
A half bath off the downstairs laundry room adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step outside to enjoy the gulf breeze and water views on your spacious deck. A generous seating area has room for eight.
Downstairs, a covered patio offers more seating and bay vistas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
