This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities.

A short walk to Tennessee Tech Technological University Football, baseball and basketball .2 tenths of a mile 1.9 miles from the restaurants on West Side (Broad Street) You have access to the entire apartment. Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is Three Hundred Fifty Dollars) Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of One Hundred Dollars per stay.
