We are very conveniently located to many places. *Great choices of dining places within close proximity *1-5mins to almost all nearby attractions The space -Free parking -Simple and fast self check in -Fully Renovated from top to bottom -All Brand New Appliances -Hardwood Floor -Beautiful Marble Bathroom and Countertop -Smoke-Free and Quiet Community -Smart TV -Free an Fast WIFI!!!!! -1 Gorgeous Modern King -Refrigerator -Dishwasher, Microwave -Toaster, Coffee Maker -Pot, Pan, Dishes, Silverware, Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board all provided -Shampoo & Conditioner -central A.C. & Heater in-Unit -Beautiful Brand new hardwood floor -Cleaned by 2 professional Maids This unit is in the center of Santa Monica. Sometimes it can be a little noisy. Also, all my units have a house rule of NO SHOES in the unit so don't hesitate to book our condo if cleanness is something that's MUST for you!
