Short drive to lake and Sports Complex/Amphitheater. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 1.8 miles to BOAT RAMP on Beautiful Lake Guntersville. 5.5 miles from new Albertville SPORTS COMPLEX & Amphitheater. It's perfect the perfect location. Townhouse is in a safe quiet residential area less than 5 minutes to the water and less than 10 to the complex. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat and power hook ups. Back porch with grill and seating. Free WiFi. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood located just off of main strip. Street runs parallel to main highway to lake and shopping. This is a quiet and private neighborhood with low traffic. Large concrete parking lot with 3 parking spaces for each townhouse.
