This property is in an EXCELLENT LOCATION. The airport is 10 minutes from the property. Center City is 20 minutes from the property by car. I 95 north and south is 7 minutes from the property by car. All Philadelphia stadiums are 15 minutes away from the property. This property is on a quiet street with great neighbors. This is a Duplex style home all tenants have their entrances and the house is designed with your comfort in mind. Every part of the home is newly renovated. The house is oxidized and sanitized after each checkout. The space is cozy and comfortable and you will forget you are in Philadelphia once you walk through the door. Spaces are all social media ready
