Very cozy Casita has everything needed for a comfortable stay and to enjoy the natural beauty of Southern New Mexico. Located near walking paths, biking areas, splash pads, and parks for all ages. This is an ideal place for anyone looking to enjoy a high standard area. Short drive to White Sands National Park, NASA, and White Sands Military Base. Easy access to highway 70 that leads to a shopping Mall and other nice restaurants. Only 90 minutes away from beautiful Cloud Croft New Mexico that offers skiing, golf, camping, great restaurants, and breweries. Our Casita has central air conditioning and heating, and a mini split cooling and heating system. Included is everything to make a meal, including all new appliances. Microwave, mini oven with air fryer, toaster, hot plate with 2 burners, dish washer, and mini retro refrigerator with freezer.
We offer an in-house laundry service for a small fee.
Hosts have been living in Las Cruces over 30 years. Chuck is retired and enjoys playing Golf while Marina is a licensed hairdresser. They offer a Laundry service along with a private in-house luxurious Beauty and Pedicure Salon for guests wanting some serious pampering and relaxation without leaving the premises.
Neighborhood is absolutely lovely for anyone wanting to enjoy a high-end neighborhood in a relaxing and completely safe environment.
