The house was built in 1930. It has been maintained as a single family dwelling since then. This property was a long term rental since its acquisition by the company in 2001. Recently, it was converted to a vacation rental, the last of our property to be converted. We now accept strictly short term and vacation rentals. We have been upgrading the entire property to be a relaxing place for vacationers. We welcome all inquires concerning your rental needs at this property. There is an adjoining utility room which houses the laundry services. Additionally there is covered parking attached to the house. Our cozy and comfortable bungalow provides easy access to the area's most prized and rich activities.
