Stay at this adorable and super cozy cape cod on the NW side of Grand Rapids, MI! Three bedrooms (king, queen,twin) and 1 1/2 baths. My home is 102 years old with lots of charm. There is a large mudroom, kitchen, dining, 1/2 bath and a darling sunroom on the main floor. Out the french doors in the dining room is a deck, fenced in yard and gardens. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the full bath.
My home is loaded with extras like toothpaste,shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of quality toilet paper 😃, paper products, spices, condiments, coffee and creamer and lots more!
I very happily welcome pups! I have waste bags, poo scooper, a gate and lots of toys and treats!
My backyard is the perfect place to unwind and relax with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas grill and gas fireplace. Lots of solar lights brighten up your evenings!
I have owned a commercial cleaning company since 2005. I love reading, traveling, camping and gardening. I absolutely love being a host! I love making my guests feel special and welcome. Many of my past renters not only rebook but have also become friends.
My neighborhood is wonderful! It’s a lovely tree lined street filled with friendly folks. It is a quiet place and very safe. You will see many many people walking with their kids or dogs. One of the best feature of my neighborhood is how close it is to downtown. I am 2.1 miles from VanAndel Arena which is in the heart of downtown. Restaurants, bars,parks
and dog parks are very close.
