Round Rock is one of Texas’s best kept secrets. In addition to our proximity to Austin, we also have a vibrant downtown area with bars and restaurants with a laid-back vibe. Our place is located in the Stoney Brook area, less than 5 minutes from Texas State University, St. David’s School of Nursing, Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital, and the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. For families traveling, we are only minutes from the Kalahari Resort & Wayerpark, voted “One of the worlds coolest indoor water parks!” In addition there is a Chic-fil-A with 5 minutes. :) We are also with 5 minutes of the Terravista Golf Club and the Round Rock Premium Outlets. It is very easy to get around the neighborhood. You may park in the driveway or inside the two car garage. There are additional parking spots throughout the complex for additional cars. There is a shared picnic area with tables and a barbeque pit you may use and enjoy. There are plenty of sidewalks for walking and jogging.
