We have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for Summer of 2025. In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends.
