We're here as much or as little as you would like. We are available through the app or cell phone in case there is an emergency. All emergency contacts can be found in the house manual and guidebook that is provided before your stay. Throughout your stay, you may share the outside space with guest from the other unit. We kindly ask that all our guest are respectful and kind to one another throughout the entirety of the stay. Please be courteous and share the space as fair.

Right off of a main rd (Ridge road) so easy to get to and access. We are easily accessed by bus, train, or car. We're also around 10 minutes from Ithaca Tompkins International Airport, making us very central for all travelers. At the home you will have 2 available parking spaces in the driveway. Parking is free.
