Super quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with nice people living here. Our street is crossing delightful world famous Highway 1. You will see coastal homes with lots of seaside elements, woods and tender colors. A lot of birds and deers in the morning, and majestic ocean views. Open space and fresh air everywhere around, and of course a magnificent ocean that changes its color every single hour. We reduced the prices to get positive reviews. Book now as the prices will go up soon. :) We recommend having a vehicle on the Coast! Such ride services as Uber and Lyft tend to be rare on Highway 1 because of no demand around here. No public transportation available. If you have a Tesla, don't forget to fully charge the car prior to your arrival. The closest cities with the Superchargers are Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Ukiah and Fort Bragg (depending from what direction you are coming from). We have a relatively fast on-site Tesla charger for an additional nightly fee. There are no issues with the gas along Highway 1. No need to go back to get extra gas.
