The property Is a TownHome each unit has a private entrance. It is secured with electronic locks. There is a ring camera at the front door. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and the 2nd room with 2 extra long twin beds. Both Bedrooms have Roku ready TV’s All beds are electric to adjust to your favorite sleep position. There is a full size bath with a great 5 in 1 shower. There is a large living/ dining room with 55in Roku ready TV and a Bose radio/cd player for your enjoyment. There is a small kitchen with a Microwave/Airfryer/Convection Oven and a Electric Stove with 4 burners There is a Kreuig Coffee Maker.a Toaster,and a Waffle Maker with all the fixings necessary. There is a water dispenser. There is a BBQ grill in the back yard. There is a screened in lanai with a hot tub. The HotTub is cleaned and Sterilized with each new guest. We have Fishing gear, Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrella along with an ice chest for your use.
We live in the other Townhome and are an active couple who will respect your privacy however will be available 24/7 for all your needs. We love the water, we scuba dive and Fish whenever we can.
The area is very nice. There are many different events to entertain any guest from young to not so young. There are 13 Beaches with beautiful white sand in the immediate area. We are 8 miles from the beach! Disney and other fun parks are only an hours drive Fishing is about 5 miles away. The County swimming pool is very nice and has an Olympic size pool and a great Children’s pool complete with a slide There are many parks. In the spring The Major leagues practice close by in Port St. Lucie. Fishing, Diving, Swimming and Shelling are in the immediate area In the event of a Hurricane or Natural Disaster please follow these this rule. Your safety is our top priority. Please be aware that in the event of a pending hurricane threat, all guests will be required to leave the property and relocate to a hotel or shelter of their choosing. This is for your protection, as short-term rental properties are not designated hurricane shelters. We recommend monitoring local weather updates and making a plan in advance for where you would go should an evacuation be necessary.
