Large and cozy cul-de-sac home with rear fenced yard. This home comes equipped with ROKU TVs throughout, plus high speed internet and cable. Our home is located in a very safe and desirable suburb of Cincinnati conveniently near Interstate 75, route 747, Route 4, and Hwy 129. Just 35 minutes to Downtown Cincinnati and 40 minutes to Downtown Dayton. Restaurants, shopping and attractions are close-by! We love our neighbors, so please be respectful with any noise.

There are all kinds of fantastic places to visit; including the Butler County Ohio world famous donut trail, Kings Island, shopping at Voice of America, Liberty Centre, and Bridgewater Falls. We are also near Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops.
