I strongly respect my guests-tenants space and right to privacy. I own and personally manage, maintain, and operate this Home rental. I live only 10 minutes away and immediately respond to questions and request for help. I do take care of the outdoors grounds and gardens, and visit the rental home outdoors only once a week to water the gardens and remove weeds, on a day and time mutually agree and convenient with guests-tenants. If agreed, I text tenant free or cheap events happening all over the Great San Francisco Bay Area.

In Family Friendly Waterfront Benicia: Benicia State Park with a 5-mile walking, biking, and hiking paths. 15 beautiful community parks. Fishing Pier.
