(property has exterior cameras) *This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so EVERY PERSON on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 12. *Please do not try to open locked doors in the property. *The garage is not included in the rental. *Please note based on your parties size certain rooms will be locked up and inaccessible. * Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee to alter check in or out times. *We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park. *The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Pack-n-Play must be requested in advance PLEASE NOTE:We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc.) that may be outside on the property during daytime hours from time to time.
