Best of all, look at the aerial photos - you’re just a short walk away from having your toes in the surf! Entering Crew Rest from the large east deck with its beautiful Gulf Beach view, you’ll find the open living area with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with Dish Network and a lovely electric fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are located adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything your family will need to prepare meals for your hungry crew after a day of fun at the beach. In addition to your cookware, dishware and appliances the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and a convenient half bath, perfect for easy access from the nearby South entry door that leads to the Gulf deck. The first-floor master King bedroom is located south of the living area is equipped with satellite TV and a private full bath with a large walk-in shower. Heading up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the bonus loft bedroom located at the top of the stairs with two sets of Full-Twin Bunks. Turning north you’ll find the second full bathroom with a combination tub/shower is located in the north hall convenient to the loft bunks and the two north King bedrooms. Both of these north bedrooms are equipped with King beds and satellite TV’s. Just south of the loft area is the second-floor master bedroom. The South master bedroom with private balcony is also equipped with a king bed, satellite TV and private full bath with walk in shower.
