This beautiful condo has a beautiful casual design and is directly on the Gulf at Crystal Sands Condominiums. You will adore the views from this spacious home featuring a Gulf-front balcony on the third floor to take in the white sands and emerald green waters. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, a full complement of housewares, and bar stools for casual dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a lovely glass-top dining table for four. The living area features a nice sofa bed, a flat TV with a DVD player, and access to the balcony. Enjoy the use of your own private stackable washer/dryer during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW *POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.* Beach service is included from May to October.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
