This condo looks directly out at the pool, lazy river, beach, and Gulf. It is a 1,042 square feet two-bedroom, two-bath, seventh-floor condo. The balcony is Gulf-facing with access from the living room and main bedroom. Nicely decorated in earth hues with splashes of color. The main bedroom has a king and the guest room has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper in the living room. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. The building is across the street from Gulf but most amenities are directly on the Gulf. No streets or traffic to deal with. You'll simply use the climate-controlled crosswalk (across Beach Hwy) to reach the outdoor pool with lazy river, hot tub, and beach club as well as a gated boardwalk to the beach which are all Gulf front. There is a second outdoor pool and indoor pool, fitness center, hot tub on the same side as the building. There are saunas and restrooms at both pool areas and a separate BBQ area.
THINGS TO KNOW
Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.
