A true family retreat awaits at this spacious home in the outskirts of Lebanon, gorgeously situated on the banks of the Cumberland River. From the playhouse on this sprawling piece of waterfront property to the firepit for roasting s'mores, it's a place to make unforgettable memories with loved ones. Built in 2018, this two-story home sits on an expansive swath of land that stretches from the river, across an open pasture, to a verdant forest. You'll have plenty of space for playing with your kids, taking morning walks on several wooded trails nearby, and sitting by the pond or the river with a good book in hand. Each balmy day here begins outside, where both the upper-level deck and the ground-floor patio overlook the river, the surrounding treetops, and the mountains in the distance. This is a lovely spot to return to in the evenings, to light the gas grill and set the outdoor table for sunset dinners. As a newer build, the house is full of large rooms and open, airy spaces. There are so many areas for gathering, including the great room with plenty of natural light, the eat-in kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and the den. Start each morning with a workout on the elliptical machine in the fitness room, and end each evening playing board games, streaming movies, arcade games, or telling stories by the fire in the great room. There's also a 30 foot RV pad with full hookups (water, 50 amp electric hook up, sewer). You'll sleep soundly in five comfortable bedrooms. A home laundry room, central air, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. You will also be within a 48 mile radius of the famous Broadway street in Nashville, within an hour drive to Nashville International Airport, and only 15 minutes from a boat ramp to the river. Things to Know This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
