This stunning waterfront condo is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast. Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with weathered-look flooring, wicker furniture, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). This great condo enjoys all the amenities of the beach boardwalk and pools but does not face the beach and does not have a balcony. You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Enjoy one of the two shared pools (one of which is heated), work on your tan, or grab a surfboard and head to the beach to catch some waves! After a long day, you'll have everything you need to relax and recoup for the next day's adventure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
