A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs.
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities.
This residence is privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. It is of the utmost importance to us to keep the information listed here up to date for accuracy. Welcome to The White Pearl! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open-concept condo is located just a block from Downtown Sarasota, where your adventures are boundless.
This condo is located steps away from the tip of Sarasota's Main St., where you can divulge in all the lovely boutiques and world-renowned restaurants. A short stroll will lead you over to Marina Jacks and Sarasota Bay. If you walk directly east from the condo, it will guide you through the regentrified Rosemary District and across to Centennial Park. In the evening, take on some of Sarasota's hottest nightspots, theaters, and restaurants.
Upon entering the home, you will find a colorful exterior with a lovely privacy gate leading to a private entrance. You will find a light and bright atmosphere, with breathtaking wooden floors running throughout. Down the hall, you will find the living room with a comfy couch and a Smart TV to kick back and relax after a day of adventure. Adjacent is the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space. There is a cafe set for two and a breakfast bar for two.
The primary bedroom awaits! This spacious room has a twin-size bed and plenty of closet space. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a Smart TV, and a custom closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with excellent masonry work. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a Smart TV, and a custom closet.
