You will be delighted with this beautiful golf course front home. You're near golf at every "turn" including Escena, Cimarron, and your home course at Desert Princess (all within three miles of the home). A day indoors can be had at Agua Caliente just six miles down the highway, where you can play the latest slots, and table games, or even get a spa treatment. Just across the freeway from Agua Caliente, treat yourself to a double-double at the California institution known as In-N-Out. Guests can enjoy the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals in Indio just 20 miles away.
Enjoy watching the golf balls fly from the serenity of the rock-lined pool every morning. Evenings can be spent cooking on the built-in grill, hanging out around the fire pit, or soaking in the bubbling spa. The fully equipped kitchen enables you to create any dish, simple or exotic. With its cozy interior and tons of outdoor space, the mountain and golf course views are just the beginning with this home.

All occupants shall respect neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
Any vehicles parked in the driveway overnight need to have a pass in the window from the gate.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
An optional fee of USD 99 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
