Set against a gorgeous mountain backdrop, this single-story house provides a beautiful home base for your next adventure. Walk two blocks to Four Peaks Park, which offers trails, sports courts, and a kids’ playground. Nearby, you’ll find even more hiking and mountain biking trails at McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Choose from several stunning golf courses, including the SunRidge Canyon Golf Club.
After a fun day of outdoor adventures, return home to your private backyard, a poolside paradise with mountain views. Take a refreshing dip, relax in the comfy loungers, or enjoy the shade on the covered back patio. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco.
If you prefer your meals to be a bit more gourmet, head inside to utilize the full kitchen outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six. Additional seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. Later, savor an after-dinner coffee or cocktail in the enclosed entry courtyard, equipped with chairs and a table for two.
The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of 500 dollars.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
