Comfortably sleeps 6 but can fit 8 with high end finishes, luxury gel memory foam mattresses, premium linens, and a cozy sofa bed. Enjoy a gourmet sleek kitchen with snack bar, stylish living spaces, and a private backyard perfect entertaining. Ideal for families, medical travelers, business professionals, and groups seeking comfort and convenience. Onsite parking available with 3 car max. (Pictures shows 2 properties due to let guest know this is a Duplex property but you will be staying in the Black House.) Early check in can be accommodated when possible. Earliest access is 12 noon (not guaranteed).
