Enjoy a luxurious stay in this centrally-located newly renovated designer house at Cottonwood Heights. In 20 mins, you are in Salt Lake City downtown, airport, the University of Utah, or the two Cottonwood Canyons with 4 world renowned ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude), rock climbing and hiking. Thoughout the house and the backyard, enjoy the open view of the majestic Mount Olympus. INTERIOR This spacious house of 2200 sq ft is newly renovated with no expense spared and funished with modern decor. It has 4 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen) and 2.5 bathrooms. One office has a pull-out Queen sized sofa sleeper and a Queen sized bed can be added to sleep 12. In 3 bedrooms are dedicated work area and their own TVs. EXTERIOR Modern patio includes a private 7-person hot tub, gas fired BBQ grill, dining table set that seats 12, outdoor sofa. Its a perfect space for family gathering. Beyond the patio is a huge backyard landscaped with a lawn (for lawn games, yoga, tai chi, meditation...), a basketball hoop and an expertly curated water-wise Utah native plants garden. Sit at the benchs to read a book, listen to bird songs, witness the sunset or just take in the healing power of our native plants. KITCHEN & SUPPLIES This designer Kitchen is fully stocked with Circulon pots and pans, spices rack, and bakeware. Appliances include a chef-grade range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Additional appliances include coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, waffle maker and toaster. Rest assured that all bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are 100% cotton and washed with hypoallergenic detergent. All shampoos, conditioners, soap are hypoallergenic as well. We can easily tailor to your special needs, for example to provide 2 extra queen size beds, workout weights. Just ask!!
Eva is a retired financial professional in Manhattan where she lived for 21 years. She now spending full-time managing the native flower garden, doing volunteering work, working out, skiing and hiking. She is allergic to many things, so all cleaning products in the rental is also hypoallergenic!
The house is located at the end of a residential Cul de Sac, thus is extremely quiet. This location offers easy access to restaurants (e.g. Carmine's, Sumac, Root'd, Lone Str Taqueria, Vie le Thai), Grocery (Smith, Dan's, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's) and shops (Target, Sierra, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, gas station). Also noteworthy is the beloved Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center within 2 mins drive from the house. Spend a day to enjoy full amenities such as hot tub, sauna, swimming, gym, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, ice skating..etc. Within walking distance is Einstein Bagel and Beans & Brew Coffee. We also have a vibrant night music scene nearby at The Hog Wallow Pub, Root'd, Cupla Coffee...etc.
