Occupancy is 8 regular beds for 7 and 2 cots for the 8th person. 2 Flat screen & 2 reg TV s. Comfortable, clean & easy access on & off the island. Heated pool and 2 parking/ 6 pool badges included with parking.2 designated parking spaces 6 beach passes offered, PASSES WILL BE LEFT IN UNIT THIS YEAR 4 chairs and umbrella(no guarantees). No smoking No pets. . No large groups. Queen sleeper in LR. Unit features new baths, flat screen TV and surround sound system. Tenant has choice of purchasing non refundable damage insurance plus USD 250 refundable security or USD 500 security deposit. Please refer to property 37247 when inquiring.
