As you can see, the interior is finished and gorgeous, ready to enjoy. We’re ready to finish our exterior projects once the weather allows... I hope you can imagine the exterior, glowing with Frosty Effects! (My construction company: Frosty Effects Construction) It took me 5+ years to finish it with no labor force (except my Mom, My Son, and Myself. I’m especially thankful I had master-level skills in every trade and had a B.S. Construction Mgmt. – UNL degree that taught me the science of every construction topic. It’s absolutely gorgeous here, NOTHING is normal, yet it all comes together perfectly.
The castle came to me in a dream while chatting with my late wife, Jennifer Faustman. She passed away in 2014 just after childbirth. She's visited my dreams regularly ever since Robbie was born. Actually, our castle life is SO full of divine intervention that we started a "JENI FACTOR" file to document all of the impossibly perfect outcomes. We look forward to sharing and displaying all the work Jeni did from above. We're ready to finish our exterior projects once the weather allows...
We are located between Emerald and Denton, just 8ish miles from downtown. Go south at (Emerald) West 84th & O st. Turn west on Pioneers blvd. Neighborhood entry is SW 91st and Pioneers. PLEASE NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON NEIGHBORS' GRASS or obstructing their driveways. There's plenty of street parking and room for 4+ vehicles in our rock driveway. (heated driveway coming soon) Conestoga lake has 2 different access points for the kayak docks and boat docks. Both are very close to the entrance to the neighborhood.
