Every property in our portfolio has been vetted and verified so you can book with confidence. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you. During your stay, a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES representative will be available 24/7 to help with any issues that may arise.
BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

Paradise Isle 5 Experience total relaxation in your one (1) bedroom, one (1) bathroom, 560 sq. ft. updated, convenient to everything.
Two (2) parking spaces maximum available. Free parking passes are retrieved at complex office by the pool.
This property is dog friendly; however, you MUST notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you and pay the additional dog fee.

This updated property is a one (1) bedroom, one (1) bath property that has two (2) Queen beds in the bedroom to comfortably sleep 4. The bathroom shower is easy to step into with a large vanity and dressing area. The updated fully stocked kitchen is great for quick meals and has a window the overlooks the pool. There are murals painted by a local artist and lots of chic beach decor throughout. Come and enjoy our property with all of its comforts and great location.
