This homey Tahoe City vacation condo is situated close to town and the lake and provides all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the shared tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, and pool, and bring your favorite canine along, too. The prime location of this rental - about a mile from Lake Tahoe and Burton Creek State Park, and about two miles from Tahoe City Golf Course - provides guests with access to many outdoor activities, as well as restaurants and shopping. Four-wheel drive or traction devices may be required when traveling to this area in the winter. The interior of this rental is spacious and bright, with high, exposed-beam ceilings and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. The area also has a gas fireplace and deck access. The family room has a stereo (with speakers also in the living room), a VHS library, flatscreen cable TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a small desk. This home also has free Wi-Fi access. The dining room seats six, and the breakfast bar seats two. The kitchen is galley-style and has retro-standard appliances, including a dishwasher. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath rental sleeps up to six guests. All the bedrooms are on the lower level. There's also an in-house washer and dryer for your added convenience. The shared amenities in this home include a pool, sauna, hot tub, and tennis courts, and the Tahoe City Golf Course is about two miles away. Away from home, you'll find plentiful hiking and mountain biking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter at Burton Creek State Park. South Tahoe City is to the south and boasts shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and sandy beaches. To the north is Crystal Bay for live entertainment, casinos, and clubs. And Alpine Meadows Ski Resort (less than 10 miles away) and Northstar California resort (about 14 miles away) provide guests with quality skiing and snowboarding options.
