We are a local Fairbanks family. We enjoy the outdoors and all that Alaska has to offer. We create unique spaces for guests to enjoy in the Golden Heart City.

Property information

This unique apartment building is a 1940's building that has been fully remodeled for your enjoyment. The original hardwood floor, shiplap and layout of the building remain with all new everything else! Laundry facilities available in building. The space is comfortable with lots of natural light. A short 8 minute walk to downtown while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood is a really special spot to enjoy Fairbanks. It's the perfect location for quick access to all Fairbanks has to offer.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet historical neighborhood with some of the original buildings from 1945 to include this one! The community is perfect for walking or biking along the Chena River path and sidewalks through town. Close to shopping, restaurants and activity centers for sports attractions and museums.
