3/2.5 home. Sleeps 10. Master: King, Full. 2nd bedroom: Queen, 2 Twins. 3rd bedroom: 2 Twins. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is empty, the Guadalupe River runs through it now). Photos taken March of 2020 reflect the water level at that time. Living room with Free WIFI and Roku TV (no cable). This house sleeps 10 but you are welcome to bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests. Never to exceed 12 guests total. This property has room for 3-4 vehicles. NO Smoking, NO parties. NO pets. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
