This charming one-level house, located on the public side of Lake Anna, is on a deep-water cove with views that go on for miles! Enjoy the updated kitchen with all new appliances for 2021, with the many extras, including granite countertops, tiled backsplash, a gas fireplace, and a screened porch. You'll have a natural wooded lot and a lakefront location - deep water (20 feet) at the dock. Light up a fire in the fire pit and enjoy the stars. There's an impressive boathouse swim ladder, upper sun deck, new gazebo, storage, reclining lounge chairs, and a mini-fridge. Spend your evenings having dinner on the back porch with a sunning area and an outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle board, water toys, and life jackets are supplied for your water adventures. Additional amenities include free WiFi, Netflix streaming, a Sonos sound system, a foosball table, a card/game table, age-appropriate games for younger guests, an outdoor shower, a hammock, and a child safety gate on the outdoor porch. THINGS TO KNOW All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. Please be aware that although this rental does not allow animals, the owners do bring theirs into the home. Any guests with severe allergies may want to choose a different home. A harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Vacasa for more info.
