Entertain a crowd of your nearest and dearest at this home in the Sandbridge neighborhood of Virginia Beach, where you'll be right across the street from a beach access point and have a private backyard swimming pool and cabana to come home to each afternoon.
This home was designed for relaxation, with two levels of decks on both the front and rear of the house, an expansive pool terrace with lounge chairs and a gas grill, and a covered cabana with a TV, beverage fridge, and bar seating.
Inside, each of the three levels has its own central gathering space - a billiard room (with a TV and refrigerator) on the first floor, a great room (with cozy seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace) on the second floor, and a movie nook (with an ocean view, a TV, and a coffee station) on the third floor. The main (second) floor is also home to a beautiful kitchen with double ovens and dishwashers, a wrap-around breakfast bar for seven, and a pair of long dining tables to seat the entire crew at mealtime.
When it's time to turn in for the evening, you'll find eight bedrooms spread out among the three floors. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the main floor, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the third floor, and three more bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom - on the lower level. Additional features include TVs in every bedroom, a laundry room with two high-efficiency washer/dryers, central air-conditioning, free WiFi with a speed of 500 Mbps, a ramp that leads to the first-level door, and an in-home elevator that connects to the two upper floors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
