The back deck offers a front-row seat on the Plantation Course’s 18th fairway which is perfect for taking in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, turtles, and more. This condo is just what you need for an unforgettable getaway to unwind and experience the kind of relaxation that can only be found on Edisto Beach. The updated kitchen features full-size appliances and beautiful Corian countertops. A bright and poised interior is beaming with joyful sunlight and charisma providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center, for an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
