This modern 2-story 4-bedroom 3 bath home is centrally located just minutes from Dodger Stadium, DTLA, Crypto Arena, L.A. Live, and the famous Sunset Blvd. It is also 15 minutes from Universal Studios. It boasts proximity to everything Los Angeles has to offer but also located in a very peaceful and highly desirable community north of Sunset/Echo Park. It is walking distance to neighborhood cafes and fantastic hiking trails in Elysian Park. Perfect L.A. home for group or family.
The home is located in a beautiful, safe, and vibrant neighborhood in Los Angeles. The neighborhood is very walkable, with trendy cafes and restaurants within walking distance. This is the type of neighborhood you can expect to see residents strolling or walking their pets late into the night. The home is located on the corner of Echo Park Ave. and Avalon, down the street from the Avalon Stairway. Climb the stairway to the top and enjoy a beautiful view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.
