This private estate on ten acres is the perfect place for a family! In addition to the acreage on which to roam, two different ponds and a quintessential babbling brook at the rear of the property provide endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. The larger of the two was built as a swimming pond and has a depth of 20 feet. Engage the specialized fountain feature in the larger pond to set the tone for an amazing evening dining al fresco on the expansive stone patio. If the mountain weather gets chilly, use the outdoor firepit for a bit of warmth without having to retreat inside. Two separate barbeques, one near the outdoor firepit and another off the kitchen area of the home, provide plenty of space to grill for everyone to eat together and have all their favorites. There is more than enough room on the main large deck for everyone to sit down for meals together. When it truly is too cold to enjoy the outdoors, the interior of the home provides just as many areas for the entire family's comfort, entertainment, and privacy. On the main level of the home the striking formal living room is unparalleled. With a wood-burning fireplace that soars to the ceiling as its focal point and more than ample seating, you'll even have room for your own guests to join the family. Also on this level the kitchen and dining room are both lined with windows so you can still enjoy the natural scenery. Use the small breakfast table for two in the kitchen for quiet meals together, or join everyone at the dining table that seats up to ten. The main level also features a Queen bedroom with a private balcony, as well as the children's bunk room.
