Come enjoy this delightfully renovated home tucked in right between two of PDX's most renowned and beloved treat streets. Infamous Hawthorne Blvd. & Division st. boast the best selection of shops, eateries, bars, theaters, etc. this wonderful city has to offer. The space itself is a completely updated and gorgeous 1 bed/1bath unit in a historic duplex. Right on a city Greenway for pedestrians and bikers heading between downtown and Mt. Tabor, there truly is a bit of everything to explore here! The lower entrance to the unit is off the driveway on the side of the house. Street parking only but always available right out front of the house.
Based out of Portland, OR., I’m on the go as much as possible for adventures sake. I hit the rivers/ outdoors and any local spots I can along the way. As a frequent host and guest, I love experiencing new and unique homes across the globe and find it an absolute pleasure bringing the same hospitality and accommodations to others :) Reach me by phone anytime during your stay.
A few blocks North you'll find Hawthorne Blvd. with nearly anything you can imagine available right at your fingertips. The same South is bustling Division Street with eateries galore. Lincoln Greenway is a straight shot from Downtown to Mt. Tabor and provides easy access through the city with minimal car traffic. Plenty of public transport is available and without wait on Hawthorne, Division, and Cesar Chavez Blvd. "My Vice" is a local brunch spot with outstanding food and drink within a block from the house. New Seasons Market is 3 blocks north for any groceries needed during your stay :)
