You'll find this home perched atop the bluffs in Elk, a small, oceanfront community on a gorgeous stretch of California Highway 1. Sit down for breakfast at the iconic Queenie's Roadhouse Cafe, take morning walks in the sand on Greenwood State Beach, and sip cocktails at sunset on your multi-level deck.
This mid-century gem is a marvel of oceanfront architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a living space that exudes warmth and style. Take afternoon drives to Mendocino and Point Arena, use the free WiFi to share photos of your excursions, and come home to tend to dinner outside on the smoker and enjoy fresh air out on the deck late into the night. Please note that the adjacent, two-bedroom guest house is available for rent as well (the two homes are connected via the garages), and that both units can be rented together as the four-bedroom Mid-Century Elk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
