Located in Valley Village minutes away from : universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks and Studio City , 20 minutes drive to Los Angeles downtown , in about 35 minutes drive to Santa Monica , walking distance to supermarkets, Synagogue , church and shopping centers
