This Oceanfront condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The newly-renovated full kitchen includes all the appliances and quartz counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. Enjoy the luxury of a new master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Be sure to explore some of the fun on-site amenities that include a large shared indoor pool and a brand new community fitness center featuring treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a rowing machine, and a weight trainer, along with Amazon Prime TV for your viewing pleasure while you workout. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. WiFi is available for a fee at building registration. A 50 dollars.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a 10 dollars.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
