Setting over 8 acres right on the bank of world-famous Lake Fork is this quiet secluded luxury estate. Private bay, seasonal beach, boat ramp, fishing pier, over 800 feet of shoreline. Kayaking (2 provided) on calm private bay, fishing, star gazing on the docks, or swinging under the shade. House features open concept living room & kitchen, high vaulted ceiling, balcony overlooking woods, fire pit, beverage fridge. high speed internet. We are in the Country. Snakes, wild life and flies are common.
Hi, I enjoy outdoor adventure.
Very friendly caring community with mostly retired people. There is a gas station near by called Pay-N-Save. Address is 310 Holley St, Alba, TX 75410. It opens 24 hours with good foods and living fishing bait for sale. Get your grocery from Family Dollar or Dollar General at 259 E Greenville St, Alba, TX 75410. Only 4 miles away. Brookshire Food & Pharmacy at Emory, Quitman, or Mineola Search “lake fork fishing tournament”. Most of the weekend, you will find one or two tournaments somewhere at lake fork. The Salt Palace museum – 20 min Della Terra Farm (winery) - 28 min Downtown Dallas - 1.5 hr Tyler - 55 min Bally's Shreveport Casino, LA - 2 hr WinStar Casino, OK - 2.5 hr
