If you're looking for a quiet island escape, consider this cozy home with a gourmet kitchen, private patio, and shared pool. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this condo is just a half block from the beach and the same distance from several restaurants. A free shuttle runs throughout the island, so it's very easy to get around without having to worry about parking.
Walk a half block east and stroll out onto the pristine white gulf coast sands. Take a drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway and visit the 97,000 acres of the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge where you can hike, fish, and photograph incredible wildlife including waterfowl, deer, butterflies, and even rare ocelots, just 22 miles away. Or head out on an eco-tour or a dolphin watch departing from Sea Ranch Marina, just two miles south. Book a fishing charter and head out onto lower Laguna Madre from the marina. You might just hook some spotted sea trout, drum, snook, or snapper! Or take the whole family down to Schlitterbahn Beach Resort, a 25-acre waterpark paradise with 13 amazing indoor and outdoor water slides, only two miles away!

The adjacent dining area features a table and chairs, as well as a breakfast bar with stools attached to the well-equipped kitchen. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and modern, stainless appliances and accessories including a fridge, microwave, and oven, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and mixer. You'll also find a blender to whip up a few refreshing drinks, and there's a dishwasher to make clean-up a snap. Enjoy your own private patio and be sure to take a refreshing dip in the shared, on-site pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
