Make yourself at home at this lovely three-story home that overlooks the beautiful Topsail Sound Intracoastal waterway! When you are ready to swim, walk on the beach, work on your shell collection, or just lay in the sun, all you have to do is walk across the street to a private boardwalk over the dunes. If you want to try your skills at paddleboarding, behind the house is a perfect spot. Downtown Surf City is two and a half miles away with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Other great attractions nearby include Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Historical Society Of Topsail Island, Hampstead Kiwanis Park, and North Shore Golf Course. This 3,000-square-foot home enjoys three levels full of fantastic amenities and decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the birds, and watch the boats traveling the waterway. The first floor boasts a private sauna and one primary suite with an en suite bathroom, a fireplace, and a TV. The second floor features the three remaining bedrooms - one of them being the second primary suite.
