We are in the aria around 20 years right now. We build our house close to the water because we love boating, finishing, diving , enjoy Florida time. We start the family business in 2014 when we purchase fist house/ cabin in Tennessee " Smokey Max Cabin" . Smokey because of Smokey Mountains and Max its my son name. We enjoy adventure , rivers, mountain, water ruffting, zip lining. Florida has them on adventure, we enjoy going to the private islands, fish, my babe learn to fish when he was 3 years old. And the most important we have close to us the World Famous Warm Mineral Springs & Spa, with its healing water that is a constant 87 degrees all year round and has the highest Mineral Content in the USA and the Third highest Mineral Content in the World.
