Beautiful, private neighborhood in the mountains. A short drive from the center of Evergreen, this area offers all the adventure and beauty of the Rocky Mountains while still being only 30 minutes from Denver & less than 1hr from Boulder.
The area offers bistros, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and more - plus you're only minutes from popular hiking, biking, skiing, and other mountain activity areas!
Ample parking for cars, trucks, and SUVs on the property. Evergreen is not a walkable area, so you will want a car to get around and see everything the area has to offer!
